Sinden was the driving force behind making my property purchase happen. Despite several setbacks she kept my spirits up during the process and led me to a successful close. My first lender dropped out due to property issues and Sinden recommended a different lender who saved me tons of money with lower rates and lower fees. She went above and beyond what I would normally expect of a buyers agent. I am hard of hearing and I don't like using phones. Sinden accommodated my disability and worked with me via text and email. She helped me locate a local contractor that was able to fix some minor issues before closing and they were very reasonably priced. She even went with them and did some cleaning while they were busy with the issues. She is an amazing realtor I would highly recommend to anyone who asks.

Sinden truly is amazing and knows excellently how to get a deal done. The local market is rather slow for my property type, but she managed to sell my property about 5 times faster than I thought it might take. I'm a computer programmer, so I'm very logical and super resourceful when it comes to doing research.
