ZillowVERIFIED From our first interaction Simone was a great realtor to work with. We interviewed several realtors. Since we were first-time homebuyers, Simone took the time in the interview to explain the general process of buying a home, some of the terminology, and the ins and outs of making an offer before we were even her clients. Once we were officially her clients, she quickly provided us information on some houses we had seen online, and also provided us new listings that matched the features we were looking for in a home. We were buying a home during COVID-19 and we were located several hours away from the Pensacola/Emerald Coast area. Simone quickly set-up virtual tours of homes we were interested in and we made an offer on a house in short order. Thanks to Simones advice, our first offer was ultimately accepted, which was an accomplishment given the market at the time. Houses had been going under contract within a day of being listed and Simones guidance certainly helped us make a successful offer. She also helped us navigate a seller that was not always the easiest to work with and all of Simones local contacts (inspectors, etc.) were wonderful to work with. Simone had a great personality that meshed well with ours and she was always prompt to response to our emails and text messages. After 1 failed contract (with three extensions) due to what seemed to be some shady investment firm and their renovations, we were all finally able to cut our losses, which was primarily the loss of time waiting for them to provide hot water. She helped us past a second failed contract after noticing some very expensive and substantial foundation issues. Finally though, we got through our third contract with the best house of all of the ones we were shown. We even were appraised with equity day one! I would recommend Simone to anyone buying or selling a house, and I already have on numerous occasions.
