ZillowVERIFIEDSimone Hester-Realtor has made buying my first house wonderful! She goes above and beyond in every way. Being overseas and buying remotely she has really gone out of her way to make sure I am taken care of!!! I gave her my desires and must haves and she made sure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted/needed. She kept me informed throughout the process and always worked around my schedule (which was drastically different than hers). Of you aant someone who wil stay in your corner through every step you found your woman in Simone.

ZillowVERIFIED Simone was absolutely wonderful to work with. I surely didn?t make things easy by wanting to sell and buy a new build but dang she made it seem like a breeze. It?s like having a friend on the ?inside? that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community we live in. I?m so happy that I chose her to help me with this journey to purchasing my first home. I will forever recommend her to anyone. No challenge she will back down from ??

ZillowVERIFIED Simone is by far the most AMAZING realtor you will find. She treats you as if you are family. I began looking for a home while abroad and she made the process go with ease. She listens to your needs and if she thinks something isnt good, she will tell you. She also answered questions regarding things Ive never encountered on the reports. Things that were considered normal in the area. If you are looking for someone to make you feel comfortable while taking a huge step, Simone is your go to.

ZillowVERIFIED Simone is fabulous! She was originally our rental property manager and answered my request for the property SUPER late at night when we had to find a home ASAP due to a quick notice for a military PCS during COVID. She helped us find a home to buy instead of renting the following year then less than a year later helped us sell due to another unexpected military move. All VA loan offers accepted as well during these super tough bidding times! Thank you for being on our roller coaster and making sure we arrived where we needed to be without a hitch. We will MISS you!

ZillowVERIFIED We were happy with Simone representing us for selling our home and were impressed with her expertise. She was always accessible even during nights, weekends and holidays. She did more than what was minimally required and was an excellent negotiator. Simone is very knowledgeable about real estate, is professional and very thorough. She is highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Perfect. There is no other way to describe what Simone as a realtor. Simone was supposed to become my property manager for a rental property but when I decided to sell the house instead, Simone did 95% of the work in order to get the house ready, within a few days. She went so far beyond the required minimum and turned my stressful situation into a care-free one. As I live on a different continent, selling the house was significantly more challenging but Simones can-do attitude resulted in it being a stressless piece of cake experience for me. If you are buying or selling a property, you would be wise to ensure she is your realtor! Danke Simone!

ZillowVERIFIED I don?t even know where to begin. Simone was absolutely outstanding!!! She always made us feel like we were her only clients, even though I know for a FACT that she had many more! We are first time homebuyers and Simone was able to answer every single question we threw her way and explained how all the processes worked in a way that didn?t make us feel silly for not knowing. We are military and as such were out of state for the WHOLE house buying process. However, we were able to easily trust Simone?s thoughts/opinions on the home we were buying and she did multiple FaceTime walk throughs of the house (inside and out) as well as sent us pictures and separate videos for us to reference when needed (for example, when negotiating price/requested repairs). We can?t possibly recommend having Simone as your realtor enough!!! She is without a doubt, knowledgeable in her job and how to find the home of your dreams in the price range you can afford. She is extremely nice and professional as well! Simone has even continued to follow up with us even after we closed on the house to ensure we are good and to see if we have any questions that might have arisen since we moved into our beautiful home. If you don?t go with Simone as your realtor, it will be your loss on a great and stress free experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Simone is an amazing Property Manager! She is extremely familiar with the military PCS, which was a top priority for me because we were moving away from the area. Simone is friendly, knowledgeable about real estate and the Abilene market. I give Simone my highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Hester is a really good property manager. She is very easy to work with and responds really quickly. She is a HUGE upgrade from our previous Property Manager. She has really fair prices for repairs. She has gotten along well with my tenants to date and that is all you can ask for as a property owner.

ZillowVERIFIED She had managed our property in Abilene for several years now and has done a job better than we could have even imagined. She has over seen the turnover of a couple of tenants and they went smoothly and seamlessly from our perspective. Without question, she puts in hours and hours of hard work to make sure both us and our tenants are happy with the house. My husband and I would recommend her above any other property manager in the area. Hands down!
