Selling our home with Simon and Ewelina was an exceptional experience! What truly sets them apart is their unique approach to selling. Unlike many agents who rely solely on buyers agents to show the home, Simon and Ewelina personally attended every single showing, meeting with buyers face-to-face. This made a huge difference in how our home was presentedaEUR"highlighting its best features and answering questions on the spot, something buyers agents, who often show multiple homes in a day, simply dont do. Thanks to their hands-on strategy, we were able to sell our home in just a few days, even in a market where other homes are sitting for months! Knowing they were always present at our home during showings also gave us peace of mind, ensuring that our property was in good hands. Their expertise, dedication, and personal touch truly made all the difference. If youre looking to sell your home and want agents who will actively advocate for your property rather than just list it and wait, Simon and Ewelina are the ones to call. Highly recommend!

Working with Simon and Ewelina was an absolutely exceptional experience. From the very first conversation, they brought a level of professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care that immediately put me at ease. They guided me through every step of the process with clarity, confidence, and constant communication. What truly impressed me was how efficiently and strategically they prepared and marketed my home. Thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, my home sold in just ONE dayaEUR"a result that exceeded all expectations. Beyond their skill, Simon and Ewelina are simply wonderful people to work with. They are warm, responsive, and always one step ahead. I felt supported from start to finish, and its clear they take great pride in delivering an outstanding client experience. I highly recommend Simon and Ewelina to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Thornton area. If you want a team that works hard, communicates well, and truly knows how to get results, they are the ones you want in your corner.

Simon, Ewelina, James and Janine sold my property in Denver, CO. The 72SOLD program was perfect for us since we need to sale fast to start new jobs in another state. I love the convenience of the 72SOLD program, no daily showings, no sign, no hassle.

Simon and Ewelina with 72Soldgo were an exceptional team to work with and got our house sold for top dollar in short order. We previously tried a traditional approach that didn't work. We had the daily showings but in the end no offer. The recommendations Simon made to us were spot on and the difference maker in terms of maximizing the final sales price. The team didn't just list our house. They strategically marketed and sold our home using a non-traditional 72Soldgo sales approach - and we could not be happier. Simon made everything easy and convenient for us. He is highly recommended!

I heard about the 72SOLD program from my realtor in NJ and it sounded wonderful! I hired Simon Dzienis and Amanda Gibbs to sell my home in Littleton CO and they had a buyer days after it was listed!!! They staged it, met with each potential realtor and their client and posted no "for sale" sign or lockbox. I love the convenience and personal touch of the program, not to mention both their efforts in not only selling my Littleton home but also aligning it with a purchase in Centennial at the same time. Their knowledge and expertise is what made both buy and sell happen smoothly and simultaneously. I highly recommend Simon and Amanda!!!

Simon and Ewelina did an EXCEPTIONAL job from start to finish on selling my house in Littleton Co. The 72SOLD program is the way to go as it was fast, easy and no hassle with only interested and qualified buyers. They kept me informed through the whole process. With minimal time and showings, I received what I told them I needed to get for my home. A very simple sell as they did ALL the work.

We contacted Simon through 72Sold. He and his team were fantastic! We met on a Monday, took pictures on Tuesday, went live with a listing on Wednesday. He hosted a single day of showings three days later on Saturday where he had vetted all buyers before hand. Within 72s hours of the showing we had received 3 offers above list and went under contract. He even helped us negotiate 4 weeks of occupancy after closing for free so that we could get packed up and moved. Overall this one likely the BEST real estate experiences ever!!

Earlier this year we moved across the country before we were able to sell our condo. This creates quite a few problems. How do we list it? How do we stage it? How many times do I need to fly back to Colorado to get everything going while simultaneously trying to get settled in a brand new location more than 1000 miles away? Rather than stressing about any of this we just called Simon. We had already sold one property with him in the past and knew how wonderful he is to work with. What could have been a horribly stressful situation was just taken care of. Within a week, the condo was listed and we immediately we had an offer. Simon negotiated an absolutely incredible offer with them and kept us informed every step of the way. As issues arose, which seems to happen with every sale, he was on top of it. I got to feel completely disconnected from the sale of the condo, because Simon had it under control. I just wish I had more properties I could send his way.

Simon was absolutely paramount in selling our property in Aurora. By the time we had reached out to him we had struggled with a different realtor for around 6 months and were stuck in this cycle of trying to get the house ready to sell before our go-live date in March. We were depending on the previous realtor's list of providers to do the repairs and to say it wasn't going well would be an understatement. Simon came in and saved the day. Within 2 weeks his providers had not only fixed all of the issues generated by the previous realtor over the past 6 months but his team completely revamped the house, including a full kitchen renovation. 2 weeks!! The prices offered by his list of providers were so good that we were able to get everything we wanted to get done well within our budget. He and Ewelina then came by and personally staged the entire house. Ultimately I remember the first time I saw the house posted online -- I didn't even recognize it. I remember making a comment to my wife that I want to buy our house. The house we were selling. Ultimately this crisis that we had built up in our mind was completely solved just by going with Simon within weeks. Within the first 2 days of showing we already had 2 offers. Simon took care of the entire negotiation process and kept us updated every step of the way. Simon then worked with the seller to shorten the timeline to close. Somehow he was able to get the timeline from when we accepted the offer to the close date down to 17 days. Which is absolutely incredible. I will absolutely recommend Simon to everyone I know if they're ever looking for a realtor in Colorado.

Simon is amazing! He helped us find and buy our first ever home and it was not only a very seamless and easy experience, it was also fun. He was wonderful to work with from the start and very knowledgeable, and really helped us narrow down our options based on our wants and needs. As first time home buyers there were quite a few things we didn't know, but Simon was right there to help us through the process. We found him via Your Castle realty when we called about a listing. We looked at a few homes to narrow down what we wanted, and Simon put it all together and found us the perfect home. He was also able to get us a very fast closing even with other offers on the table. Simon has been a great resource for us even after closing and if we ever move at some point down the road, we will certainly be going through Simon again. We highly recommend Simon to anyone looking to buy or sell, he will pull out all the stops to make sure you find exactly what you want!

Simon and his wife Ewelina did such an amazing job for us in the sale of our home. There are not enough stars to actually rate the job they did. 5 stars is barely enough. They helped us through decision making, organizing and putting together a plan for selling our house. If not for Simon and Evelina we would never have been able to do what needed to be done to sell our house in such a short amount of time. They were able to arrange and handle so many of the little details with professionalism and speed. We feel deeply indebted to them both and we enjoyed the time we spent together as a big plus. If you are looking for a realtor, I HIGHLY recommend you meet with Simon. We feel, he will do whatever it takes to get the best price for your home. If you are looking for a realtor, I HIGHLY recommend you meet with Simon and see for yourself, if you feel he will do whatever it takes to get the best price on your home.

We met Simon through a neighbor, when we were looking for a Realtor to help us sell our townhome. From our first meeting, we were very impressed. He arrived with research in hand and walked us through comparable area listings, realistic pricing expectations and ideas on how to stage the property most effectively. With his guidance, patience, good humor and acute business acumen, he was able to list and sell our reasonably priced townhome much sooner than we had ever anticipated. We are confidant in Simon's skills, comfortable recommending him to others, and know we will call him again should we need help.

Simon helped us buying our first property in Colorado. He arranged viewing of houses perfectly matching our expectations. Already on a first day of house hunting we have found our dream home. Simon used his unbelievable negotiation skills to win this battle for us even though the negotiations were tough and we had strong opponents with cash offers. I'd strongly recommend talking to Simon if you are about to look for a new house soon.

Simon was absolutely fantastic throughout our whole home buying process. He went out of his way to show us homes at our convenience, even if that meant we were looking at 9 pm on a weeknight. He was always very communicative and provided his honest opinion on every property. When we eventually found our home and were under contract, there was a three alarm fire that caused some damage to other units in our complex. After the fire, Simon helped us negotiate with the sellers and helped us make the decision as to whether or not we were still going to follow through with the purchase. We ended up following through, but we appreciated that Simon always left the decision up to us. He was ready to walk away if we wanted to without thought to all the work he had already done to get us to that point. We were very happy with Simon, and we will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell real estate.

Simon and Ewelina are genuine and incredibly hardworking but most importantly direct and honest! Our house went on the market in a very short window, they personally staged the house, we were under contract within less than 48 hours of the house going on the market, had multiple offers and received more than the asking price. Thank you Simon and Ewelina!

I first met Simon and Ewelina through my wife Lisa. Lisa and Ewelina had worked together in the corporate world in the Denver Tech Center a few years back. In 2016, my Father passed away, and I inherited three properties that my Father owned. My wife and I talked and we decided to sell the properties. We got in touch with Simon who immediately went to work on creating a realistic plan on how we would sell each property. Simon did an evaluation of each home and determined what repairs (if any) would help to sell the houses. Each of the homes ended up needing at least some work, and one property needed a lot of work. Simon's knowledge and background with fixing up houses was very helpful. He gave us great recommendations on contractors and guided us through the entire process. I don't know that I could have been as successful with selling those properties without Simon & Ewelina's expertise. They both truly put a lot of time and attention to detail in selling our properties. We ended up selling each of the homes quickly and for the price we wanted. I would highly recommend Simon and Ewelina to any of my friends or family that were looking to buy or sell a home.

I met Simon and Ewelina several years ago through recommendations from my parents and friends when I started looking for an agent to sell my home in Arvada. They told me they had a very positive and successful real estate experience with Simon and Ewelina selling their homes and I should call them. I knew my home needed some work to make it ready to sell so I made the call to get their advice. When I met with Simon and Ewelina I told them what price I would like to get for my home and asked what I would need to do to get it. They were very knowledgable of the current maket and area, and what buyers where looking for when making a purchase. They gave me great information and advice on what I needed to do, and how to save money on upgrades and necessary repairs. They also have great resources when I was in need to hire a contractor. When I was ready to list my house for sale, Simon and Ewelina explained their selling strategy and marketing plan in detail and I knew I made the right choice calling them and using them as my agents. Simon and Ewelina sold my home for the price I wanted, and alot sooner than I expected. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. It was stress free and positive from start to finish. Simon and Ewelina are very professional, helpful, and courteous agents. They know what they're doing. I recommended Simon and Ewelina to all my friends interested in buying or selling a home. Simon and Ewelina are great people, and are the agents I will use for all my real estate needs in the future.
