We were in the process of interviewing multiple other realtors and immediately after we hung with them we knew they were the team for us! We had a tight time line to purchase and they made sure we had many homes to choose from in the areas we wanted to buy with in our price range. With only 3 days to show us homes they planned out our showings and made themselves completely available to us day and night!! This included also viewing homes for us and taking videos and pictures, etc. I should add that we were searching in North Kingstown and East Greenwich and they are located in Newport/Portsmouth areas. So, quite a drive and time out of their busy schedules to make the trip to our area!! Once in escrow, my husband and I were not co-located and Tammy and Simi were here in RI and not a day went by where they didn't ensure we spent time each evening (some pretty late) on phone calls or text chat working any issue that came up. This held true all the way up until closing day! They tirelessly worked on our behalf and I give them my highest recommendation to anyone wishing to buy or sell in the Newport area!!!! Especially military families! As military spouses themselves they greatly understand our challenges which is essential when moving to a location with a low military presence.We love our home and got such an amazing deal all in part to their efforts!!! A truly amazing team!

As an active duty military family stationed overseas, we reached out online prior to returning Stateside and Simi immediately began walking us through options. When we finally landed in RI and met with her, Simi made time for us day and night, literally, to find the right rental property. Her knowledge of the areas, schools, markets, potential for resale/rent, upgrade potential, etc. was all so amazing that she was able to provide honest and instant answers to things that we were asking and things we hadn't even thought to ask.Ultimately, she helped us find and purchase our first home! It had been taken off the market for the winter and she was able to get us a showing and walked us through the offer process shortly thereafter. After our offer was accepted, it was her networking that brought in all of the remaining top-notch players to get us out of a tiny, temporary rental and into our own home. Today, we sit in our 'new' house and owe a huge thanks to Simi and Tammy. Their patience, understanding, dedication, and friendship has helped ease the stress and mental anquish of losing a lifetime of memories made this entire experience easier to handle for our family.You will NOT go wrong working with Simi and Tammy.
