Silvia and her team at Valentino Realty Group were amazing! They helped us through the whole process from finding and submitting a winning bid on our ideal home, to closing successfully with money back from the sellers(even though our house appraised higher than our bid). Silvia and team know the area here in Northern NM, and have lots of connections to local contractors and resources, to assist in making the home buying process proceed as smoothly as possible. They are also kind as well as helpful; buying a home in this sellers market can be especially emotional and mentally taxing, The Valentio Realty Group was there to answer my questions and listen to me rant 24:7. I was working with a different realtor at the start of house hunting and wasn't very happy with the communication and response time to my inquiries so a friend suggested to Silvia and her associate Hayley. Right away they were both very friendly and ready to get right to work. Not only was it easy to get in contact with either one through multiple channels, but they were helpful and patient in answering, and making sure I understood the answer, to all of my questions. At one point I was almost just a little under closing and with their tireless effort and extensive knowledge I was able to close on a property that met all of my very specific demands. I can't possibly recommend Silvia and Hayley enough and am truly grateful for all their help and hard work.
