ZillowVERIFIED Silvana was our broker. We were looking for a home in the DC area to be closer to our family. We had specific requirements--it needed to have one level living and plenty of space. She found us a home that fit our requirements in Hyattsville. The house had some issue, including a disabled HVAC . She was able to negotiate a price reduction after the inspection using specific information obtained by the inspector as well as price to repair that she was able to secure from a vendor. We are able to close in less than 30 days which is what we wanted to do. She was constantly available, answering texts and emails at all hours. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a response. She also provided information as to vendors for future work, moving companies, utilities, etc. She is the most knowledgeable and effective professional that I have ever dealt with. Plus she was pleasant and kept me focused on each step we needed to take.

ZillowVERIFIED Silvana is an absolute marvel. She stepped into a very convoluted situation with a sense of confidence and ease. The situation -- I had found out by fluke that my deceased (12 years) mothers house was under threat of foreclosure sale due to loan default. And while my foreclosure attorney dealt with the specific foreclosure issues, Silvana was left to deal with all the house issues. Since I live in MD, the house was in VA, and I hadn't seen the house for 12 years, Silvana handled every detail of getting the house to market without me ever needing to leave the comfort of my own home. This included but was not limited to clearing the house of years of "stuff", and deep cleaning the house to ready it for showing. She also had to deal with the current inhabitants who did not understand the need for speed in this transaction and did little to help the process along. But Silvana persisted, expertly negotiating every tense situation with knowledge and charm, and ensured the house was marketed in a timely fashion. Within a day of the house being on market we had several offers, and by our target date a few days later we had a solid contract. And NONE of this would have happened if not for Silvana's attention to detail, her ability to work well with people of all temperaments, and her ability to navigate the ins and outs of ensuring a successful closure every step of the way. I thank her daily for all the work she did to ensure a positive outcome in this seemingly impossible situation. I trusted her every step of the way and will turn to her again if ever I'm in need of the most excellent realtor ever!
