I recently purchased in Monterey and Sigi did a great job helping me. He was referred to me after I found a property online and requested more information. He was quick to contact me, and I would normally be skeptical to use an agent for a big purchase that wasn't referred to me by friends or family. However, Sigi's professional and easy going manner made him easy to work with, and I very quickly determined he was trustworthy, competent, and would represent me well.
