I was also looking for someone who was trust worthy, knew more about housing structure other than the difference between hard wood and laminate flooring, and could put up with my odd hours. I got that and much more in Sid Polish. I gave him a list of my must haves in a home and I was never want for listings to sift through. This made it that much easier to make my decision when I found "the one" house because I knew what had been on the market. Sid also went the extra mile and would FaceTime me into houses he would view on my behalf just so I could get a better feel for the layout since I couldn't be there in person.
