My experience with first time home buyer was a good experience. I was kept in formed through the whole process and Sid was nice enough to work at times around my work schedule. The whole company was pleasant and very professional to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase their home.

Sid was extremely helpful throughout my home buying process. While looking for potential homes he made sure to look out for my best interest. Im a first time home buyer and had many questions and concerns to which Sid was reassuring and quick to answer to any of my needs. He was able to to go out of his way to show me potential homes without me being there, via skype etc. The whole process was simple and im extremely satisfied with the choice we made. Iwill be going to him for my next home. Thank you Sid

We recently purchased our first home and Sid Delatorre was our agent. From day one our experience was great! He explained the process very thoroughly which helped tremendously so we didn't have any big surprises that we weren't prepared for. He sent houses to us almost daily and was more than happy to show us the homes of our choosing on the days and times we needed. He was honest, punctual and great at negotiating. I personally thought the process was going to be alot harder but with him as our agent I can say the process went very smoothly. I have already referred two friends to him and will definetley continue to refer him as a agent in the future.
