Shyann worked with me and my children for four months to find just the right house for us! She was so easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted and was on top of everything! She was available for all of my calls and showed us every house we wanted to look at. When the house we bought came up we were into see it within 24 hours of it being listed and had a written and accepted offer within 48 hours. She never missed a beat and was great to work with. Shyann was great. Knows the local market very well, is a knowledgeable professional and is very responsive. Worked with her in her capacity as a buyers agent. She was up against me as a fairly high maintenance client, a pretty obnoxious seller and even more difficult sellers agent. She navigated all the negotiations that ensued brilliantly and actually managed to get us a little money off in an extremely strong sellers market. She goes above and beyond as well. We went with an insurance company that required many certification reports from various professionals (certified arborists etc.) She completely streamlined all of that for us which was a huge help. Great experience working with her. Would use again and highly recommend.
