For buyers, my industry relationships and detailed understanding of market inventory provide expert counsel in competitive conditions. I'm also an active real estate investor myself and understand firsthand the strategy behind acquisition, renovation, and creating long-term value. I regularly work alongside builders and developers on their projects, advising from planning through sale. This perspective allows me to evaluate every property not just as a home, but as an investment too.
