She got us multiple offers over ask on opening weekend, had a line out the door of people waiting to go in, and then helped us navigate the multiple offers to choose the best one. We really appreciated that with our busy life and multiple kids she told us what to expect, and then it went exactly as she said. For the sale, she is the only reason we got our dream house. Its as simple as that. We would not have gotten the house without her. Even post-close, she has been great supplying plenty of referrals on everything from roofers to interior designers to good restaurants. I was generally skeptical of Realtors as their incentives are often misaligned with their clients, but Shoshana would get my highest recommendation (and has aEUR" weve shared her info with friends!)
