ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with shonda for the last couple of months , I know she probably thinks I'm a pain in the butt by now ,but her patience and consistency shows her dedication. She is well spoken and very polite , always going to go to extra mile. The housing market has been crazy and mortgage rates and insurance are off the charts but she knows her way around all of it with expertise. If you are in the market I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Shonda was one of a kind, her work ethic and attention to detail is incredibly astounding. As a first time home owner, Shonda took care of me and was extremely honest with me about the properties we viewed and ensured I purchased the house that was best fit for my needs and my family. Once more I am forever grateful to Shonda for finding my dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED I drove from Fort lauderdale to Port Saint Lucie to meet up with shonda, we had a 11:00 am. Appointment to showed me a few properties, I left the properties at 11:54 a.m. and she never showed up. She texted a few times to tell me that she was running late but NEVER showed up. How can I count on a realtor like that? I am so dissatisfied with the way that I was treated it. I drove almost 2 hours for Nothing.

ZillowVERIFIED Shonda King was a fantastic real estate agent. She was so helpful through the process of buying our first home. We'd have been lost without her. She was available for us anytime we had questions, even while she was sick. She's a pitbull in heels and made sure we got a a great deal. She was also extremely reassuring about the area which was incredible since we are moving to PSL. I can't speak highly enough of her.

ZillowVERIFIED When we initially started using Shonda as our realtor we were planning on getting an older home to remodel; however, in the back of our minds we knew we wanted to build and fell in love with a specific community but there werent any lots available that we wanted at the time. Shonda had all the right contacts and got us into our dream neighborhood with an amazing lot. She was very informative throughout the process. Weve been in our brand new home for a few months now and love it! It was a long process, but well worth it.

ZillowVERIFIED Shonda listed our home and helped us buy a new home Shonda is like a good mother. She is very knowledgeable, caring , patient and once she knows what you want, she isrelentless and expert in all getting what you desire. She exceeded our expectations in many ways. Shonda helped us find tradespeople to quickly prepare our house for sale . She was a great help in finding and getting us in to see many homes quickly in many communities ; we were than able to narrow down the choices to the best community for us. At the end of long days searching she gifted us with homemade casseroles and delicious bread pudding . She got our house sold quickly at and negotiated a great price and in the little time left before we needed to vacate. Shonda found us a great new home in a great community at a great negotiated price. She was a pleasure to work with. There were so many details and she shepparded us through them almost effortlessly. Shonda is a gem and we would surely recommend her as a wonderful aid to sell and/ or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Shonda was key to our recent purchase in Port st Lucie. Shonda took the time to talk us through the processes we may not have been aware of as we were international buyers and new to the process. Shonda took the time to show us any properties we wanted to see, kept us up to date about what was and was no longer available and give us some great insights too.As well as finding us some great properties Shonda did video walkthroughs and also put us in touch with the guys who could and did get us the finance we needed to make this dream come true. We will be looking at another purchase sometime shortly and will definitely be in contact with Shonda and Fidelity Lending to complete our next purchase. Thank you Shonda, we could not have achieved this without you and your team.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a very tight window to find a home in FL. We had already sold our home in GA and flew into town for 2 days to see homes. We had our own list that we had seen on the internet, but after seeing a few homes we had picked, Shonda suggested some of her own ideas. It was literally the first home she showed us that was exactly what we were looking for-she knew us better than we knew ourselves. She was so dialed in and helpful throughout the process. In fact, she still continues to stay in contact with us letting us know she is here for anything that we may need. We would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED I just purchased a condominium in PGA of Saint Lucie West. Ms. Shonda King was the agent who presented the home to me. She was very professional. Ms. King was knowledgeable about the community, the amenities in the community and the rules of the community without reading it from the catalog. Ms. King made me feel welcome as a buyer. Her confidence exuded during her presentation assured me that I was making a good purchase. I am glad she was my agent.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a wonderful experience having Shonda as my realtor. My mortgage approval was was a rocky road with up mountains and down valleys. Shonda was not just my realtor, but my comforter, my advocate. When I thought I could not provide any more documents, any more answers to the lenders. I was in tears ready to give up. She made calls, came up with plan b. Shonda was relentless in doing everything in her power. I'm pleased to say that l now have a beautiful home. I have absolutely no regrets. I Highly recommend shonda.

ZillowVERIFIED As a professional who has had to relocate several times, my wife and I have encountered agents both good and bad. Shonda has set herself apart from all others. She has raised the bar well beyond what we had come to expect. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market allowed us to establish a price for our home along with a marketing plan to achieve it. Within three weeks of listing our home with Shonda, we had a cash offer at the price we wanted. Everything went smoothly and we would HIGHLY recommend Shonda King to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Treasure Coast area.

ZillowVERIFIED As a resident of Port St. Lucie in the prestigious Southbend section of town, I have seen many houses sold in the past three years. During the course of my travels, I've met a number of brokers and agents, but when it came time for me to sell my own house, I was referred to the best real estate agent I've ever ultimately dealt with. Shonda King immediately impressed me as a no-nonsense, super energetic professional real estate expert. But not only did she assure me my house would be sold, she did so on the second day it was put on the market. Ms. King then proceeded to supervise every phase of the sale in a most professional manner. Her expertise and knowledge of the real estate business was evident from day one.- Lou DeCaro

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking for a home in Port St. Lucie. We searched several sites and saved several homes as a beginning start. Most of those homes were being serviced by Shonda King. We typed in a request to be contacted and heard from her within the hour, even though it was after normal business hours. Due to the fact that we were living in the Ft. Lauderdale area, and work commitments, our available times to go look at houses was limited. Not only did Shonda accommodate our schedule, she actually met us for showings on Mother's Day for our first showings. Shonda took our basic requirements and molded that to the listings available to help narrow our search. She showed us homes that met our requirements in all states of conditions, so as to get s feel for the areas they were in and what work might be needed. Shonda guided us through the whole process including recommendations for offers and loan funding. This was the third home I have purchased. No other realtors ever did as much as she did for us.I must also mentioned her Transaction Coordinator, Kim Guarino. She stayed on top of the contract/funding process to insure no mistakes were made. My wife and I could always reach her or Shonda if need be. Which made the long distance loan process much easier for us. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shonda King, and her "Remax Realty" team to anyone looking for a home in this area. George and Hillary Traveis
