About Shola Coker
I enjoy staging homes, reading, listening to music, dancing, and of course, talking on the phone! I became a Realtor in 2006 and work with RE/MAX Associates. Within the last 12 years, I have enjoyed meeting and working with different people from all walks of life and specialize in educating clients about the home selling and buying process, the importance of protecting our assets, and investing for the future. I am truly passionate about my profession, and the result is that nearly 80% of my business comes by referrals from past clients, business partners, family, and friends. With your needs in mind, I will guide you through every step of your home sale or purchase and will gladly recommend reliable and honest mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and closing companies and attorneys. My mission is to guide my clients through the transactions so they feel confident in choices made from the many options available for their real estate needs and decisions made to protect their assets for the future. I know that accessibility and open communication is vitally important. My mobile phone number is 302-563-3784 and I will return your calls promptly. I look forward to working with you and I appreciate the trust that you have placed in me. Thank you. Shola

Every transaction is different but it is always gratifying when I'm at closing with a client that I helped purchase their dream home or helped a seller sell their home despite all the challenges that can occur in a transaction. We did it!
I got started as an investor wanting to buy and sell real estate for myself, so I got licensed and went to work! I enjoy making new friends and talking to people, so it's not surprising I ventured off into retail real estate by helping others buy and sell.
Yes! It takes a special skill to make new friends on a consistent basis, that's how I see my clients...as my friends and with that comes honesty, integrity and caring about them and the needs of their families.
