ZillowVERIFIEDOur home selling experience was fast, easy and knowledgeable. We were under contract within a week of our open house. This made our transition to California a lot easier than what it could have been.

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Shivani through my parents who first learned of her through a close mutual friend. In living with my parents at the time I got to see first hand how amazingly talented she is in the process. Many years later my husband and I decided we were going to build our first home and no one better suited for the task than Shivani and her team. She goes above the norm and notices every detail that matters. She takes time to get to know her clients to help find them the right fit. Her suggestions, kind hearted spirit, and expertise in the real estate business are unparalleled to others in her field. She is at every appointment and stays with you even after you get your keys. In choosing Shivani to help you navigate through whatever journey you are on or even thinking about is the right choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Shivani is the best... professional, courteous, and an expert in the real estate field. Once again, we were sold within days and were more than happy with the price! But more than that, we knew we were receiving the best service anyone could imagine. Thanks Shivani, you're the best!!!
