Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Please give me a call and I’ll help you get pre-approved and we can discuss the home buying process to get started.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

There are so many steps and people involved with getting a home ready to sell, find someone like me who will manage all of the details for you so you can start planning your next adventure.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I’ve worked with sellers and buyers of single family homes and condos, as well as investors.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

My sweet neighbor called me to see if I’d help her sell her home. While she was packing to move, I planned some updates to her home which she approved. We got the work done in less than two weeks and a week later we received multiple offers all over asking! She is a happy camper! I love helping clients.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

Most of my business has come from friends and family. I’ve lived, worked, and volunteered in the same community for decades and so not only do I have many connections, but I also know the Silicon Valley like the back of my hand. It’s a natural fit for me.

When a parent passes, there are so many details and decisions to be made. It can be totally overwhelming. Shirley was a blessing when it came time to sell the home. She made recommendations for services that I may need and handled details like yard work and cleaners, so I wouldnt have to. She was patient with my frequent questions and responsive to my texts and phone calls. She was compassionate and assuring; acknowledging that this was a difficult time for me. Shirley is very knowledgeable about the market and I felt confident to trust her opinions. She kept me updated with the sale and paperwork process. If you need a good realtor, call Shirley Franz. Youll be glad you did.

Shirleys professionalism, communication, and calm demeanor navigated us through what couldve been a stressful home sale process. From setting the proposed schedule on day 1 regarding thinning out, arranging inspections, broker tour, staging, Open Houses, seller disclosures, recommendations for fixing and getting rid of stuff, Shirley was there every step of the way. We couldnt be more pleased with how she handled our home sale over the 3+ months we worked with her. Exceptional service and trust is greatly appreciated!

Exceptional Realtor, Twice Over! I can't recommend Shirley Frantz highly enough! Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process of buying not just one, but two houses an absolute pleasure. Shirley took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home and worked tirelessly to find properties that matched my criteria. Her knowledge of the market and negotiation skills were invaluable in getting me the best possible deal both times. What sets Shirley apart is her commitment to her clients. She is always available to answer any questions I had and kept me informed every step of the way. Her friendly and approachable manner put me at ease throughout the entire process.

Shirley was great for the sale of our house. We had a lot of work to do getting it ready to sell and she coordinated all of it. The process was much easier than I expected. Every time an issue came up....she made it go away. Remarkably stress free.

Shirley was truly exceptional. I met her at a open house in the neighborhood. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in neighborhood and I?m so thankful I did. Shirley was always available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn?t pick up, she always calls back no longer than 5 minutes later. Purchased a home, she told me that going in and highlighted the concerns she had and the research she wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn?t have to wait for a long time to move in. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents you get when you are buying a home. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property ? they look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Shirley will work with you to make your desires a reality. Shirley is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Shirley was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Shirley cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done ? and they did! Shirley promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I?ve already recommended her to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again, I will not hesitate to call Shirley

Shirley is a fabulous realtor. She put me at ease from the moment I met her. She handled everything, including having the kitchen remodeled and inside painted, plumbing repairs, selling unwanted furniture to the painter, staging, and dealing with the escrow company. Almost everything was done via email, text or phone, and all was done seamlessly. She is thorough, professional, personable and kind. From the time the tenant moved out just before Labor Day weekend, it took less than four weeks to complete all remodeling and staging and list the condo on a Friday. She ran an open house on Saturday and Sunday, and we had 4 or 5 offers by Monday. Offer accepted on Tuesday, condo sale completed and money in the bank 15 days later. I can?t believe how little stress I felt through the entire process. I highly recommend Shirley. She thinks of everything, and can handle anything!
