I inherited a rental property in California and live in another state. Shirley was extremely knowledgeable about the steps that I needed to take to liquidate the property. She went well and above all expectations in dealing with all of the situations that arose, a-blessing for someone 2000 miles away. Initially we received some lower offers but Shirley told us not to worry and that she would stay the course to get us the best offer that she could.
