ZillowVERIFIED Nadia Santos claimed to help veterans but actually did the opposite. She did not want to take the time out to show me homes. She only wanted to show me home that she had listed, not other homes I found on my own. She complained about me wanting to see more homes and just wanted me to purchase what she thought was goo for me. I eventually decided to purchase one of her homes that was listed. Big mistake. A month after moving into this totally renovated home, the roof and basement began to flood everytime it rained ($15,000 gone). This house was on the market for over six months and no one knew of this problem? Seems suspicious to me. After the home inspector inspected the home, he emailed me a list of recommendations of things I should ask to be fixed. I emailed the list to Nadia and she brushed it off and said that the problems were no big deal, just purchase the home. Turns out those no big deal things actually cost a lot to fix. Such as $5000 plus just to remove debris from the back yard. Then another couple thousand for landscaping. $1500 to fix the drive way gate. Blah blah blah, I can go on and on. But in the interest of time, I will spare you.

I thought she was not going to take me back because of my insecurity of our last deal, but she took me again. She guided me again with so much love and patience.
