ZillowVERIFIEDAs remote investors, working with Shikha has been an extremely pleasant experience on multiple occasions. Where she went above and beyond - deep market knowledge in Raleigh region, proactive reach outs with tailored opportunities, persistent negotiation and landing favorable deals, fronting all in-person needs on our behalf, and sharing detailed videos/photos/info throughout closing. To give few examples of the calibre: * Highly responsive - we felt like we were her only clients * Video walkthrough of all opportunities - we felt as if we were there in-person walking around the property * Beyond realtor - we felt she was more like our 'investment manager', negotiating hard on favorable deals

ZillowVERIFIED This is our second time working with Shikha. Previously she had helped us finding renter, but this time with buying (and still helping out with renting this out). She has an outstanding knowledge about the local area in terms of the value of property and rental demand, pricing, everything. Regarding buying, she and her team kept us aware of every step in the process and was quick to communicate any incremental updates. The buying process was very smooth to say the least. What struck us most was her patience and working under pressure. Due to paper work issues, there was a bit delay during closure. Well, it was delayed by about few hours. However, she did not get flustered with anything and collaborated with all parties concerned - attorney, lender, buyers to have a fruitful outcome. Shikha was with us every step and we highly recommend any buyer or landlord to work with her. We are very happy we found Shikha for our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Shikha was great to work with. We started looking for a house in Spring of 2022 in a really tough market. We had to pause our search for about a year, but Shikha would check in with us every month or so to update us on the housing market and was flexible with our limitations. When we finally were able to look again in Spring of 2023, we found a house very quickly. Shikha was always available to come look at houses with us and went out of her way to make sure all of our questions were answered. She is extremely professional and honest, which was invaluable as new home buyers. We just moved into our new home and couldnt be happier! We would recommend Shikha to anyone looking for a house in the Triangle.

ZillowVERIFIED Shikha was very professional. She answered all many questions in a timely manner - if she didnt know the answer she found out and got back to me. She gave great advice and helped me through the entire process from viewing a house to closing on it. She explained each step of the process so that I, a non real estate person, could understand it. When we had an appointment for viewing a house she was always on time and had information about that house. She treated me as if I were her only customer. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a house in the area to contact Shikha.

ZillowVERIFIED Shikha and her team were wonderful. She was patient -- showing us several areas and property sizes before we figured out what we really needed, and accommodating -- getting us into homes on short notice and even at odd hours. When it came to the process, Shikha was eager to educate us on changes in the home buying process and the current market situations. She gave us honest feedback on offer/no offer decisions, and after the accepted offer she stayed engaged facilitating the entire process through closing. Shikha even helped us find alternate financing when my preferred lender had timeline issues. I will be recommending Shikha and her team to anyone I know looking for a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Shikha helped me purchase an investment property in Apex, NC - remotely! I live in Hoboken, NJ, never once had to visit NC. She is very knowledgeable about opportunities in the whole RTP area and was able to provide me with a list of potential purchases. She certainly understood the investors perspective and provided valuable insights - local market trends, rentability, local crime rates, etc. This saved me a lot of time in research and was able to narrow down on properties quickly. Working with her truly felt like she is part of the team - helping, guiding, and providing valuable insight. She is also able to bring in a whole team of other people we need, like - local lenders, local home inspectors, local insurance agents, property managers, etc. Never once pushy, always working in your best interest! The experience has been nothing but exceptional! I highly recommend using Shikha as your agent. In the meantime, Im purchasing another property with her as my agent...
