I paid over 20% less than I expected. I was in a hurry to buy, but she said she would put in an offer for less...offer was accepted! She always answered phone, even at 6am on a holiday, then met me at the property! The property was a very low dollar amount, not much of a commission, but OUTSTANDING EFFORT on her part! Highest recommendation!

While working with Realtor Cooper, she gave clarity, time, comment, communication let me say EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. I went from Lord I don't know to we are praying about every situation and you can. She listen to what my desire was and what I could afford. Faith in God played the key to step by step All the way to closing. It was an amazing trip down the road to ownership. If you want a home be clear with God first, write the vision and make it plan, ask questions, listen to God and your Realtor. One last thing when working with Realtor Cooper expect your faith and belief to grow and she will not allow you to speak or think negative at no time. Shevon was literally heaven sent. After trying to find a place on my own, she was able to find a home that was the perfect fit for our family very quickly. She listened to our needs and even worked with the homeowner to negotiate on a few things so that we were able to get the home we wanted in the location we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shevon to anyone looking to purchase or rent a home. She is an excellent realtor and hustles to get the job done. And if she doesn't know the answer, she immediately knows where to go to get it. 5 stars.
