I have worked with clients from every end of the spectrum. Its always nice to work with someone selling a big beautiful home but I'm always up for a challenge. I have sold homes for top dollar sitting on power lines, homes where I have filled 30 yard dumpsters and helped clients sell years worth of collected items. I found a home for a couple who had to leave their apartment of many years because their dog was no longer allowed. I love helping older clients with curb appeal and staging. It makes my heart sing! I guess when you love what you do it doesn't matter who the client is.

I am currently listing a home for an older gentleman who hopes to sell and buy a single family from for himself and his granddaughter. I enjoy speaking with him he has a lot to teach me about life even though he may not know this. He shares his past present and future and it makes me smile constantly.

I bought my first piece of property when I was 19 years old and although I didn't begin selling real estate until years later that is when I fell in love with it.

I thing my years of caring for people have trained me well for this career. I have handicapped brothers and sisters as well as elder parents that have had a significant amount of health challenges in recent years. Caring for people is what it's all about. I was a landscaper at one point I bring those skills with me to help my clients with curb appeal. I am an artist which helps me when I stage a clients property for them or do photography or helping with minor repairs or painting for my clients. It all makes me happy!
