She was always very warm and helpful. She has great experience and knowledge of the area. She had a lot of patience and walked us through the whole process. We actually ended up in a bidding war on the home we purchased, but she never pushed us to try to win in order to get a deal done or to get a higher purchase price. She only guided us and offered up her professional opinions so we could make up our own minds without any pressure. She knew we wanted the house and she negotiated very well on our behalf to get the outcome we wanted.
