Sherry had the best ratings and most homes sold of any local realtor, so we chose her. When we first met her, she was prepared with comparables on both recently sold and for sale homes in our neighborhood. She showed us how these homes compared to ours and helped us choose a price we liked that would still get the house sold sooner than so many houses in our area that sat on the market for months. She then took amazing pictures of every room and exterior, showing the beauty of our home for her web listings. She makes sure to put her listings on ALL the big real estate websites so that people who look online first (like we did) would get the best images of our home. We knew anyone who looked online at houses for sale in our area would see our home listed.We moved out on a Sunday. Sherry listed our house that night, and then brought us an offer IN FOUR DAYS! We had a contract the next day, for a GREAT price, and close 6 weeks after we moved out.Sherry doesn't just list your house, she gets it sold.
