ZillowVERIFIEDLoved working with Sherry! She was very helpful and super knowledgeable about everything! It was our first time buying a house and she helped us understand alllllll the things. We were moving from out of town so everything was over the phone and FaceTime, Sherry always got back to us so fast no matter the time or day even when we were in different time zones! We put offers on over 10 houses, just the market these days, Sherry stuck with us through our ever changing minds and tastes. The house we ended up closing on was only because she had so many connections and she jumped on the opportunity because she knew what we wanted and needed. Highly recommend Sherry, we loved working with her and she made the whole process a lot less scary! We will use her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently purchased a home with Sherry Mercer as our agent. Our experience with Sherry was awesome. She was extremely responsive and had great knowledge of the market. Sherry also got straight to the point when looking at a potential house, which we enjoyed very much. She was able to accommodate our sometimes-limited schedules, which had her lining up a house showing last minute. During the different phases of the purchase, Sherry help keep the process moving smoothly and we were informed well in advance of specific due dates we needed to maintain in order to close on time. Overall, Sherry was great to work with and we could be happier with the house she helped us purchase. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking buy/sell a home and we'll be contacting her on future real estate endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry provided prompt, professional and courteous service during the whole home buying process. From market knowledgeable advice during the negotiations to compiling all the documents required to close, Sherry is proactive and diligent. With the exception of the home inspection completed at the residence, I went through the whole process with her from out of state. I could not ask for someone better to represent my interests. She is on time, communicates well, is responsive to requests and follows through always. It has been my pleasure to work with her on this purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Sherry to be extremely knowledgeable about the Baldwin county real estate market. She was very focused on each task at hand, and wouldn't stop until each was completed. Sherry was recommended to us by my brother, and in turn I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend or relative, and will use her again if I need professional real estate assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say that will due her justice. Sherry was there every time we needed something and she new the ropes. She saved us about 1,300 dollars on all new blinds in the house adding that we got them for free and she asked for them on the offer. She did the walk thru on the new home with us and she took the reins on making sure that everything was tended to. She went beyond being a Great Agent!! I highly recommend her for the Job when selling and buying.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry Mercer is the BEST! My husband and I went to Alabama from Illinois looking for a house. Sherry spent a whole week showing us different houses and neighborhoods. Sherry found us the perfect home, and helped us through the whole buying process . We couldn't have made it through this process without Sherry's knowledge and professionalism. We not only think of Sherry as our real estate agent , we think of her as a true friend!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry is a real go getter! Very personable, and easy to work with. She went the extra mile in our particular case, which involved a job relocation from Atlanta to Alabama. She was very accessible to us, even before we had traveled to the new location. Was very quick to get us the information and photos that we needed. Very knowledgeable of the area, and was a great help in negotiating with the builder to make sure he followed up on all the repairs after the initial inspection. I would definitely work with her again, and would recommend her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry was my first contact for real estate listings several months ago. She earnestly listened to what I was looking for in a house, and is still consistent in trying to find suitable to my preferences; however, she does not have the listings in her portfolio that catch my attention. Even though my budget is below $200,000, I am still looking for some "wow factor" in a house or something with curb appeal; not a house that needs TLC or a fixer-upper. I still review email listings from Sherry, and she may send a "hit" my way someday. I'll give her that chance.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry is a wonderful agent. She sold our home a few years ago in about 3 weeks and was our agent for the purchase of our current home. Sherry also recently helped my mother find a home on an extremely short time frame, and the closing went off without a hitch! Sherry is a hard worker for her clients and will go the extra mile to make sure you get this best possible deal. I will most certainly use her again when and if I decide to buy/sell another home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry was fantastic. She helped us swiftly market and sell our home in Gulf Shores and got us into the home we wanted in Fairhope, all within there months! Sherry was always available and was professional and also personable at the same time. She showed us every house we wanted to see and did not pressure us (like many other realtors we've used) to look at properties that were over budget or that we were not interested in.Thank you Sherry!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry contacted us when we put in an inquiry on a house here in zillow. I was a first time home buyer, so naturally I had a lot of questions. Sherry took her time and explained all the details of home buying. I never felt like she got frustrated with me or that she didn't have time for me. She is a very compassionate person and did not make me feel overwhelmed. She never tried to persuade me one way or another. She showed me houses that were in my price range and that had the options that I wanted. I could not have had a better Realtor than Sherry!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry will work extremely hard for you, whether you are buying or selling. She made our process of buying a house easy, by having everything organized for us, and stayed involved right through closing to make sure everything was in order. She is also honest and straightforward, a characteristic that is difficult to find in today's real estate market.
