She told us from the beginning what we could expect concerning time frame, house value, how to show our house in the photos, how long she thought it would take to sell our home and the things we needed to do and not do once we had a potential buyer. Any time questions came up we needed answered she ALWAYS responded within very few minutes of asking. She explained to us what potential buyers usually expect and what they will usually ask the seller to do. By giving us this info we had plenty of time to correct anything that could have been a speed bump in the selling process. Since our buyer was new at this as well, Sherry even took time to thoroughly explain to our buyer what she could expect in the buying side of this process but not to the point as to create a conflict, just as a professional courtesy to help the selling process along smoothly since she was the "captain" of our team. She did such a marvelous job at leading us in the selling of our home, we have decided to retain her and let her use her skills in helping purchase our new home as well. Currently things are going well, but that will have to be a review for another time.
