Showing us each, giving advice and making sure that each house had important items that were up to date like the furnace and water heater. Looking for a house and bidding was very stressful for me, but she encouraged me and was patient with me, through the whole process the house buying market is rough now, but through it all we were able to find a house with everything we wanted in it. ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers and especially in this market, my wife and I were very nervous on what to expect with our home buying experience. It took us about half a year and many rejected offers to finally close on our house, and we were so lucky to have Sherri with us from the beginning. Even though it took us a while to finally get our home, which we are so happy with, Sherri never pressured us in to making offers we weren't comfortable with, was honest with us, and was very patient with us throughout the process. She was very on top of things and great at communicating with us. We would often go to a house showing on the weekend and Sherri never had a problem writing up an offer to submit on Monday. I would highly recommend Sherri for a Realtor, especially if you are first time homebuyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Shopping for a house in todays environment can be very stressful. I spent a few months trying to find the right house for my parents.. Sherry was always prompt, organized , positive and easy to work with. She educated me and my parents on the process of what its like to find a house in 2023 and patiently spent a lot of time guiding my elderly parents. She has a good eye, and would point things out that I may not have noticed. She was available on short notice and I felt like she dedicated every Saturday to us for a long time! Sherri is fun to work with, thoughtful and tenacious, she never gives up. If I ever buy or sell a house in the future she will be the first person I turn too.

Sherri had recently sold a house in a nearby neighborhood so I contacted her and one other real estate professional to find out what they thought the market value of the property would be, and to learn more about the sales strategy that they would deploy to effectively market the property. Sherri demonstrated excellent knowledge of the current market conditions and provided a sales process that made sense to me. We decided to implement her sales plan at a list price that her and I thought was fair. The process went exactly as Sherri had described! She was able to schedule dozens of showings. In less than one week we received multiple offers. She sold the home for more than the asking price, Sherri remained in contact throughout the process. The closing and events leading up to the closing were prompt and hassle free. She could not have made the process any easier for us. I would recommend Sherri to anyone who is in need a Real Estate professional- she will do a great job for you!
