At 1st we were not sure if we were going to move to Arizona or not, we told Sherri about this and she asked if we could stay in touch just in case. It took us a few months and decided we were going to make the move and we knew we wanted to live in Sun City. We had put our house in California on the market and that week end we where heading to AZ to look at houses. While on our way, we got a call from our agent in CA to tell us we had a great offer on the house. When we meet up with Sherri we told her about the house having an offer and the requested 35 day escrow. She showed us some amazing homes and we put an offer in on one. When the inspection report came back we decided to walk on that home a put another offer in. This happened 4 different times and I was beginning to think we would never find a home, but Sherri would not let me give up. I have never seen anyone work as hard as Sherri did for us. If you want a Realtor who REALLY WORKS FOR YOU THEN I SUGGEST YOU TALK TO SHERRI PINNEO AND HER TEAM. to say they are the best is putting it lightly. There was a week end that Sherri had another appointment and she asked us if we would mind if Amy showed us homes, so we went out with Amy we were talking with her about the 6 homes we saw and was going over pros and cons on the homes there was one we said no on because of the appliances were not included in the home, the realtor of that house called Amy to see what we thought of the house and she told him that it was # 3 on our list and he asked what would make it our #1 she told him our concern about the appliances he asked her if he would include them would we be willing to make it #1. It is the home we bought. That is how hard they will work for you.

This was not a smooth transaction as most, and Sherri was there every step of the way to keep the ball rolling. The initial mortgage company denied our loan, so closing was delayed. Closing on a specific date was important to the seller, but Sherri communicated with the sellers realtor the entire time letting g them know what was happening. The appraiser missed something That caused a few more days delay, and Sherri kept the sellers informed and calm that everything was going to be OK. Especially because we recently had friends that had a horrible experience with their real estate agent. Sherri was extremely honest, helpful and very responsive! From the first day that she showed us homes and walked our home to list it, we felt like she cared and was a genuinely good person. She made us aware us of the expectations involved in selling and what to expect when buying a home. This was very helpful because there wasn't any surprise along the way and made for a great experience.When it came to listing our home Sherri hired a professional photographer in order to make sure that we got top dollar for our home. The was NO cost to us for her to do this, that's right she paid for the whole thing. Our house hit the market on Monday night at 7 PM by 9 PM that night we had 7 showing scheduled for the next day... By the next morning we had 12 showings scheduled and by the end of the day Tuesday we had 16 SHOWINGS all in one day!! We had 8 instant offers and a total of 12 offers by Wednesday! Sherri helped us sift through the offers and helped us pick the best offer for us. One of the amazing thing about Sherri is there was nights when we were corresponding at 11 pm or 6 in the morning. She made the selling process a breeze.Buying or home was just as simple with Sherri in our corner. We know that when it came to buying the house that wanted we need to act quickly. We had a certain neighborhood that we wanted be in and there wasn't much available. So when our dream home became available she made sure we the first ones to walk the home and made sure that our offer was sent in quickly.
