ZillowVERIFIED Sherri did a great job helping us purchase a home. We were purchasing out of state and she was very patient and helpful with us despite the time zone challenges. Sherri was very knowledgable about the area and was a great advocate for us when there were some minor concerns with the plumbing in the home. She was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and really went above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED My sister-in-law recommended Sherri after the purchase of her home, when it was time for us to do our sale and purchase. After going through the whole process it was clear why she was so highly recommended. From start to finish she was always helpful and available. She explained everything very well and made the whole process got as smooth as possible. The one thing that stood our was she made it us feel like we were her top priority from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED I really enjoyed working with Sherri from beginning to end. She never once pressured me and always made me feel like a priority when we were together. She would discuss not only the pros of homes and properties, but the possible cons that I would have otherwise over looked. I felt I was in the best hands as a first time home buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the second time we have used Sherri and she was so helpful. Sherri was communicative and explained the process in detail. She helped us with negotiations and closing/buying in both under a month. We had a great experience once again! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherri was a delight to have as a realtor! She went above and beyond in helping us find a home and made us feel at peace through the process. We bought a hud home and everything was so smooth. She was always on top of everything and always kept us in the loop. I was very impressed and highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to sell your home or help you find your dream home! She also has a lot of knowledge on contractors and helped us get a good carpet guy!

ZillowVERIFIED I knew very little moving to Edmond, and Sherri did a wonderful job of both introducing me to the area and helping to find a home. She ensured I got to see the neighborhood and greatly assisted in the process. When it came time to negotiate she went to bat for us more than once and ensured everything worked out perfectly.I would highly recommend Sherri as an expert in the home buying process, a local guide, and as a realtor.Thank you Sherri!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherri Methvin was one of the best decisions my wife and I could have made in our home buying experience. Sherri Methvin could not have conducted herself in a more professional and respectful manner. I have already recommended several friends to contact her once they decide to buy a home. Since this was our first home buy, Sherri Methvin was available anytime to answer all of our questions, and she made us feel like we were the top priority every time we spoke with her.Thank you Mrs. Sherri for all of your help and dedication throughout the entire process. You are one of a kind, and we intend to use your services for life!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherri is a wonderful person to work with. She was able to work around my schedule. The best thing was that she did not try to sell me every home we went into. She will give you an honest opinion if you have questions for her.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherri showed us plenty of homes (about 40) during a househunting trip, from morning to the end of the day. She exerted a lot of effort on our part. She was super friendly and great to work with. Her knowledge of the area was of great help. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherri was great in guiding me through my first home buying experience. I was nervous and scared like most people probably are, but she helped to guide me every step of the way. She handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. I will definitely be using her again when I buy my next home!
