It was a very different experience being on this side of the transaction and even better. When you hire Sherri you dont get just a great agent, you get a very competent team that ensures everything is done and done well. It all went so smoothly. I left my house with all its furniture in it and handed her the keys. The house made it to market within a month of the start of a lot of prep work, in 7 days we received multiple offers that beat the comps, and we closed 20 days later. And during this whole time I did nothing. I wasnt even in the country. Sherri had arranged with the title company for me to pre-sign papers so I wouldnt need to come back or get a POA. While the $$ money cant be guaranteed, they definitely did everything to make it possible without me having to do a thing, and it paid off. I couldnt be happier.
