ZillowVERIFIED Sherri Hinkel was a fantastic realtor. She started the process by doing a walk-thru of our home and providing insight as to what could be done to increase the value and what needed to be done to pass inspections. She sold our home in five days and always had our best interest at heart during the negotiation process. She listened to our requirements for a new home and we found what we were looking for on the first day. Again when purchasing our new home, she kept our best interest in mind when negotiating the purchase. Thanks to Sherri's initial review and suggestions for our home, the sale went very smoothly. After the inspection there were no last minute surprises. She was a joy to work with. I never hesitated to contact her with questions and she always answered promptly.

ZillowVERIFIED In the middle of our coldest winter in recent times, Sherri managed to sell our house not once but twice within fourteen days. The first buyers reneged, but Sherri quickly found a second one who offered an even higher price. And during it all she retained optimism and good humor. We left on a winter cruise with Sherri in charge of the house. She made the place look occupied and kept it in tip-top condition. We will recommend her to a good friend and neighbor who plans to list property soon.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherri went far above and beyond the call of duty. She handled many small & large situations that I don't consider part of a relator's duty. She saw to it that everything moved along seamlessly. Strongly recommend her!!

ZillowVERIFIED A very cordial and experienced realtor. She is able to find homes that meet one's parameters and keeps you updated with her Collaborative website. She has a working knowledge of almost any housing area in Omaha and the surrounding area. Also a very good evaluator when examining a potential property. Sherri also has a background in the construction business. She has many specialty contacts available for reasonable evaluations and/or needed services on a property. As an example, because of a large tree in the front yard, there were concerns about the plumbing. She contacted a plumber who could do a video evaluation and diagnosis of the main sewer line in less than 24 hours. Problems were found with a less expensive resolution than if the sewer backed up into the house at a later date. Overall, our experience with Sherri was excellent.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherri was great. She was very positive during the whole experience, even when we were getting discouraged with process, she assured us that we would find a good home that fit us. And we did, well rather I should say she did. We knew that she was advocating for us and genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase, and that made all the difference. Sherri is highly motivated for her clients, which was evident in the number of hours she spent working on our behalf. So for a process that van definitely be stressful, it really helped having such a patient and knowledgeable agent. I would definitely recommend Sherri to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Willing to go "over and beyond" to get things done. Has a source to solve anything that may come up. We were sellers living out of state and she was able to find someone to get the yard mowed and cleaned up in one day when our regular guy didn't show up.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home sale was tough on our stress-level. Reasons: we are old and cranky; we lived there for 42 years; the process of buying/selling a home has become hyper-complicated over those 42 years. (The government, the insurance industry, the banking industry, and the local inspections/staging rip-off folks have become a ridiculous set of obstacles in the mean-time.) HOWEVER !! Sherri made it all work. We got through it all; we got a nice young buyer into a wonderful home. Proof of the pudding is in the eating. This gal is all performance and persistence. She builds friendships, not just sales. Bill and Jacy Holmes

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I just purchased a home from Sherri Hinkel and her team at Berkshire Hathaway. We started our journey with Sherri in the summer and were able to get into our home before cold weather. The entire Hinkel team helped us in looking for properties that would suit our needs and budget, but Sherri continued to encourage us not to give up. We found on property that we loved and were very sad when someone won it with a higher bid Sherri's encouragement kept us moving forward and we did find another home we love in a perfect neighborhood. The process of buying a home is a challenging one and we were asking for Sherri to help us stay focused on our goal of getting a solid home for my husband and I.Sherri Hinkel is a wonderful agent, knowledgeable in real estate and building issues. We are very grateful to Sherri and Suzanne Reed, who worked with Sherri to attend the closing. Thank you, Berkshire Hathaway, for a great agent team.Ruth and Marc Sherman

ZillowVERIFIED I had just a couple of weeks to get my house prepped and on the market before leaving town to report for work. Knowing my time crunch, Sherri helped me to understand her recommendations and how they would impact the sale of my home. This allowed me to focus on the items to complete in the time available. Sherri has great knowledge of the local real estate market, provided an excellent market appraisal, and helped me to accurately price my home-which resulted in my home being sold in 6 days. She is professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Sherri when you need a realtor's expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED We closed on the house we wanted within 24 hours of looking at it, and we were able to close on the date we wanted to. She was straight to the point and even spent her Friday night with us to get all the paperwork done. She has great referrals for and from mortgage officers, home inspectors, etc. She made it real easy, simple and painless. Her and our mortgage officer even bought us a new thermostat (which we needed for the home) and installed it for us the day we closed. She went above and beyond for us.
