Review I think we might have set a real estate sale record :P After months of having to keep Sherri on hold while we waited for military orders, we were finally able to have her list our house. She listed it in the early afternoon and we had an offer about 3 hours after and were under contract 24 hours later with a full price, cash offer. Sherri was so wonderful to meet with us in the months prior to listing our home to talk through the process, send in a stager for recommendations on what to do to be "show ready", and then work with us closely through the offer process to make sure we understood and felt good about the offer we accepted. She even went back and negotiated and we got our terms. We highly recommend Sherri!

Review Sherri really is the best real estate agent I have had. She really cared about the needs of our family and helped us find a house that suited our needs and our price point. She never pressured us to exceed our budget and in some cases even told us that the house wasn't worth their asking price. In selling our house she helped us get the house ready, comp the other homes in the area, and gave us tips to make sure the home presented beautifully. We ended up getting more for the home then we even thought was possible due to Sherri's guidance and excellent communication with other agents. In buying our home she helped us understand the work that needed to be done on any of the homes we were looking. She also has a list of just about any kind of contractor you need that she has worked with and will provide recommendations for. I can safely say as long as Sherri is an agent I will use her any time we need to buy or sell. You really can't go wrong with Sherri and she will work very hard for you.

She offered to take pictures and video of a few homes for sale when we couldn't make it to the city to initially view them ourselves. Sherri's professionalism and experitise allowed us to obtain the homes of our dreams, and negotiate with the homeowners during the purchase and after inspection. When we decided to move out of state a couple years later, we knew based on our experience with our home purchase with Sherri that we wanted her to assist us in selling our home. She provided feedback before we put our home for sale for any minor improvements or projects that may help our home to be more attractive to potential buyers. Her expertise in pricing the house created a bidding war between multiple buyers the first day the house was listed on the market and her feedback during negotiations allowed us to obtain more for our house than we thought possible.
