In addition to my children, I have the joy of being a grandparent to nine adorable grandchildren. Sherri helped us sell a cabin on Lake Superior. Besides pricing it correctly and helping us with ideas to make small improvements before showings, Sherri was an excellent communicator! Pros: Less stress, and time for updates. Cons: Loss of momentum, potential perception issues. Leaving it on has pros too: Maintains visibility and can capture holiday buyers. Cons: Distracting showings, slower activity.
