I recently had the pleasure of working with Sherita to sell my vacant property in Costilla County, and I must say, the experience was incredibly smooth and professional. From our first meeting, Sherita, displayed a profound knowledge of the local real estate market, which gave me great confidence in their ability to represent my interests. She provided a comprehensive marketing strategy that highlighted the unique features of my property, ensuring it reached the right buyers. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She kept me informed at every step, quickly addressing any questions or concerns I had. Her commitment to client satisfaction was evident, and I truly felt supported during the sale. Thank you, Sherita, for your outstanding service! My experience has been nothing short of fantastic.

Sherita High exceeded all our high expectations. She listened to our needs and desires and met each of them with flair and efficiency. When we inquired for a realtor in Alamosa we believe we won the "Realtor Lottery" when Sherita answered the call. First off she sold the property we think was a chore. She did it with her kind spirit and efficient work ethic. Sherita guided us through to sales process and guided us well. We are grateful for her service and know she is gifted in her chosen position.
