Sherine won us over from our first introductory phone call. She was engaging, warm, and we felt like she understood our needs and wants when it came to this highly stressful first time home buying experience. However... it wasn't stressful at all, and my husband and I give all of that credit to Sherine. She was professional, yet personable, which is always a fine line. Her communication skills are on point in every way. There were a few days when we went back and forth between the buyer and Sherine updated us hourly. Sherine was ALWAYS available and responsive to phone calls and emails - basically day and night. She did a great job finding us homes to look at and was really good about finding us homes to fit our budget. I began a long-distance search and Sherine went the extra mile to search out properties and conduct on-site assessments on my behalf. As first time homebuyers, we were in many ways naive about the homebuying process. Sherine put us instantly at ease, as she walked us through every step of the process with genuine patience and kindness. It's easy to think that with all of the information available online, you can do much of the searching yourself. We initially did just that, until we quickly realized Sherine was always three steps ahead of us. She not only sent us appropriate listings on a timely basis, but she always went the extra step of anticipating our questions, contacting the seller's realtor and getting our questions answered before we could even ask them. Thanks to Sherine the process from initial searching to final closing was incredibly smooth (dare I say, even easy?). She is proactive, responsive, knowledgeable, and always on top of the ball.
