ZillowVERIFIED We actually began corresponding with Sheri 6 months before we put our house on the Market. She discussed several strategies with us on how best to prepare to sell the house, items to focus on as well as what needs to be done to maximize our selling price. Once it came time to list the property we were already prepared to maximize our profits by highlighting the main areas and leaving non essential things alone. The sale process for us was not an easy road due to unqualified buyers delaying the sales process but in the end we sold for full price with minimum concessions.

She Any time weather it was good or bad or even if we did not know what to even do she would stop and take time to teach us what we needed so that we could understand so we could reach our goals and that was to make a life change for us . The knowledge that she was able to pass on to us was 100 % help and trust me we needed it bad we had no clue what to do . Sheri was like the mother hen of my family and this is the truth i was calling her 5 am and at times 12 midnight and not seldom it was all the time and if i got her voice mail i new she would call within minutes . I was overwhelmed and ready to walk away from the deal, when I contacted Sheri.She got back to me right away, reviewed all my documents, and reviewed them with me in less than 12 hours.She spoke clearly and confidently, I could immediatly tell she had a ton of experince. She broke down the leagal jargon in my documents, so I could actual know what I was agreeing to. Towards the end she was even able to negotiate a price reduction from the original contracted price due to the length of time we were in process and issues that arose during escrow. When home was vandalized part way through the process she was able to negotiate a seller credit for closing costs that was high enough to cover the damages.

Sheri IMMEDIATELY helped us put in our offer, and went into contract within the same week. I was 26 weeks pregnant during that time, and on my 27th, I was taken to the hospital due to complications. After staying in the hospital for a week, I was taken into surgery and gave birth to my micro preemie son who now stays in NICU living on support.
