ZillowVERIFIEDI truly believe Sheri is the only one that could have gotten this house for us. We were working with a different real estate agent and asked them to put in a bid for us for this house. They put in the bid and reported back to us that our offer was not accepted and that she was unable to contact the agent to try to figure out how to get us the house. We were very upset about the situation and decided to change real estate agents. That was a Monday and we were introduced to Sheri a few days later on Friday. When we told her the reason for switching agents, she said that she would contact the other agent to see if there was a chance of getting us back in the deal. Long story short is by the following Tuesday (seven days after our initial offer was declined) our new offer had been accepted and we went ahead and bought the house. Throughout the whole process, Sheri is fantastic. Her knowledge of the market and the whole process from start to finish was amazing and her contacts in the industry were the best that Ive dealt with. I ended up working with two of the three mortgage brokers she referred me to and was able to get an unbelievable deal given the mortgage market conditions at the time. We will always work with Sheri going forward. She is an outstanding agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought a townhome and a condo from Sheri. She's amazing. Very helpful to me after I bought the home even though she wasn't the buying agent. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. She'd be a great person to list your home with or to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri worked as one of "my" agents while I was Branch Manager for Windermere in Carlsbad Village. Sheri is a seasoned agent with a deep passion for Real Estate and her clients. Sheri is knowledgeable and has mastered the skill of negotiation! Sheri will get the "job" done! I recommend Sheri with confidence. Additionally, Sheri is a lot of fun and a great person to know. If you have the opportunity to work with Sheri, rest assured that you are in great hands!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri ROCKS! She took such good care of us. We had an rental property with a nightmare of a tenant who wasn't paying rent. Other agents I spoke with (even the bank) were suggesting we do a short-sale...... Sheri took a look at the papers & with less than minutes said told us she didn't feel we needed to do a short sale & she thought she could sell the property for a high enough sales price to where we would even make money!! God Bless this girl! She contacted both banks, evaluated everything to make sure she had all her facts in order,,,,,,,,,,worked with unreasonable foul tenants, LISTED & SOLD our property, AFTER ALL EXPENSES we OUR NET PROFIT Was over $28,000 ~ NO short sale & we kept our credit in good standing!

Sheri's experience and knowledge of the Carlsbad area and available properties allowed my wife and I to concentrate only on the best properties. The entire process was handled efficiently and without issue. I would recommend anyone looking for a first class agent give Sheri and team a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri was a tremendous assist when I was looking for a new home . I went to an open house that Sheri was presenting in the area. Although I was not interested in the house she was showing we talked and I told her what I was looking for . She contacted me later in the week with some very specific ideas for me. We looked at some of the places she recommended and we found exactly what we were looking for. I cannot thank Sheri enough for her efforts and her intuitiveness for our needs. If we ever have any real estate needs Sheri will be our first call.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri helped me find a house in San Diego, when I was moving from Orange County. I was not familiar with San Diego, and she helped me figure out the neighborhoods, and ultimately showed me a great place that I've been in for several years, and like very much. I would use Sheri again, and can confidently recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely the best! She was our 2 nd attempt to sell in a time without buyers.(2010)first agent failed miserably.Sheri stuck to her guns and handled business as usual. She dodged the low ballers like a quarterback trying to make the game winning pass. Found the right buyer, then made our new home purchase smooth as butter, the whole experience went without an issue that was not easily handled. Any future real estate transactions will definitely go with her!

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with Sheri on a purchase about 5 years ago. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She demonstrates a sense of urgency when working with her clients which is appreciated when attempting to purchase a property and take possession. She has a thorough knowledge of North County and has strong relationships with all necessary participants in the Real Estate Industry. Her strong relationships make her a "One Stop" shop when looking to buy or sell property.

ZillowVERIFIED November 2011 I was driving in an old Carlsbad neighborhood not thinking about buying a house. Noticed a for sale sign in front of a very interesting property. I parked my car walked in and knew right away I wanted to buy the house. At that moment I realized I walked in to my dream home. Sheri was the selling agent and I did not have a real estate agent. Sheri and I hit it off immediately so I decided to have her facilitate the sale of my primary residence and purchase of old Carlsbad property. Sheri did an amazing job selling my property at a great price and negotiating a fair purchase price for the new home. If it was not for Sheri I would not be living in my house. Sheri is a true professional and understands real estate and the importance of establishing and maintaining relationships. I definetly recommend Sheri Luongo for your current and future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri was able to help me find a property in a wonderful neighborhood in Carlsbad, which I never thought I could afford. She helped me sell two properties in Oceanside in order to make it happen- all very quickly (like both sold within a month) at fantastic prices. She also negotiated an amazing price for the purchase of my home in Carlsbad. All the people she recommended to me associated with the sales (escrow, financing, inspections, etc.) were good, professional people- nothing shady, and I would use them all again. I would give her my highest recommendation. She knows her business- and she looked out for me as a single mom and made sure I landed in a good place for me and my kids.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri has helped us sell one home and purchase two others. Most realtors have good local knowledge and are responsive as is Sheri but Sheri's expertise above and beyond all others is her Negotiation Skills. If you want to get the right home in a competitive market without having to pay the highest price, Sheri is the realtor for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri worked with us to relocate to Carlsbad from Seattle. Before we met, she helped us to identify potential neighborhoods based upon our preferences. She arranged all viewings to fit in our schedule visits from Seattle. Over a 3 month period she helped us to refine the neighborhoods in which we were interested as well as our preferences. When we had selected a home but were concerned about possible noise from backyard pools, she canvased the neighbors to find out if noise was an issue. Sheri supported us every step of the way and helped us get settled in our new home.
