Sheri Lapidus

Sheri Lapidus has been part of the Fire Island community since her 20s, when she first fell in love with the island-and met her husband here. Over the years, she has called both Ocean Beach and Seaview home, making Fire Island her family's favorite place to spend their summers. After 35+ years as a public relations/marketing executive in both TV and publishing, Sheri has followed her passion and become a licensed real estate salesperson. With her deep local knowledge and personal connection to the island, she is dedicated to helping families and individuals find their perfect summer home or rental.

When she's not working with clients, Sheri loves pickleball and can be spotted during the last three weekends of summer at the Fire Island Basketball Tournament, cheering on her husband and son. Originally from Long Island, Sheri and her husband raised their kids in Jericho and now reside in Woodbury when not in Seaview.
