When selecting a realtor I wrote about an hour long interview process and selected a few local realtors I found online or had recommended to me. Sheri was one I found online that caught my eye and was included in the interviews. After interviewing Sheri I knew I was done and had my Realtor. Sheri isn't just a sales-person, she is a people-person. Sheri wasn't just a sales person trying to get a commission. She wanted me to be a good fit for her as much as I wanted her to be a good fit for me. She answered my questions directly and honestly, rather than dancing around questions or trying to say what she thought I wanted to hear. It was an easy decision to hire her as my realtor.Throughout the entire process Sheri was prompt with responses and information, and tried to make sure she was waiting on me, and I wasn't waiting on her. She provided a lot of valuable insight into prepping the house, including having multiple contacts for various jobs around the house. With showings, and reviewing offers and such I always felt like I was in good hands, and could rely on her experience to help interpret all of the information coming my way. The only negative comment that I have to make about Sheri is that she moved out of state shortly after my closing completed, and is no longer working in the state of Utah. For those of you in NC reading this trying to decide on someone to help you buy or sell a home: Have one meeting with Sheri and you'll be sold.

Sheri is reliable, communicates well, and goes above and beyond for you. She is truly a phenomenal realtor! She helped us sell our house when the military relocated us overseas. We met with her prior to leaving to talk about what would help sell the house quickly and discuss our limited availability due to our move. We had a lot of activities happening after we left (carpet cleaning, house cleaning, etc.) which was seamless with her prompt responses and willingness to meet contractors on our behalf as well as her consistent communication with us. She also helped us out with a few little things that we did not foresee like getting a replacement doorbell. In the end we received multiple offers, she reviewed each offer over the phone and answered any questions we had about the offers. We were able to get our house sold and funding in about a month. If we move back to Utah when we return from overseas, we will definitely be reaching out for her help with buying a home.

Such a personable and professional agent. Sheri helped us buy our home in 2019 and sell it in 2022. No other agent we would ever consider. She even came and helped us after hours when someone locked us out of our home after showings. She handed any roadblocks and took the stress for us so we could enjoy the process.
