ZillowVERIFIED I know the rating sounds too good - right? But Shelly Wilson is the real deal - a full-service agent you should seek out. She helped me find and buy a new home as well as sell my old home. She knows the ins and outs of the market in the area and has an ability to explain it in simple terms - so simple I even understood them. She was able to get more for the home I sold than I ever thought I would get. No pressure tactics either - Shelly listens to your wants and ideas and you would be well served to listen to hers (even if you are frustrated). At the end of the process I ended up with a house that was not initially on my radar but a home I love. The process is so much easier when you have an accomplished agent to help you satisfy your objectives. Do yourself a favor aEUR" seek out Shelly Wilson, you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Shelly Wilson as a real estate agent. She helped us sell our home in late 2020 as we downsized into a condo once we became empty nesters. Shelly is a true go-getter - - one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and energetic agents we've ever worked with. She was recommended to us by some friends, and we're happy to pass along a similar positive endorsement. She provides great advice and suggestions, while at the same time listening to and responding to our needs and concerns.

ZillowVERIFIED I was selling my fathers house remotely and am not from Indiana nor ever lived there. My wife found Shelly and the rest felt like a California coastal drive. Relaxing and care free! From start to finish she helped me with every major issue hiccup and concern. Once listed the house sold in two days and closed in 5 weeks. I cant recommend her more highly and consider her to be a super human extraordinaire to boot! She really cares about her work and clients and it truly shows in her dedication and focus. I'm so grateful we found you!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelly will go out of her way to match you with the right home. We were downsizing and she helped us get into the perfect home. She has a no nonsense approach and will go to bat for you. This is the third home we have worked with her on and we are never let down. You will not find a more friendly and professional agent.

ZillowVERIFIED It was definitely a pleasure working with you! Shelly helped negotiate a GREAT deal on my new home. Her positive cheerful energy and professionalism helped me to have an amazing buying experience. It made the entire process of me relocating from out of state a much easier transition. Thank you for being so prompt, on top of things and in the loop with everything and walking me through the process every step of the way. Anytime I had questions Shelly always came back with an immediate answer. I never felt like I was going through the process alone. So far we absolutely love our new home. It is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Close to all amenities and less than 10 minutes from work and schools. What more could I ask for! :-)

ZillowVERIFIED Shelly Wilson is go getter. She worked hard for us, managed somehow with her busy schedule to give us top priority treatment. She didn't just submit our offer she talked with the seller's realtor and described all the reasons why ours was the best offer. She stayed on top of and kept us informed of every step and action required. Then, we turned around and worked just as hard or harder to sell our house for top dollar. She suggested staging ideas and help me with them. She worked with lots of data and other specialists to go after an assertive selling price that was then accepted without question from the appraiser. She is absolutely terrific. Nothing negative in either buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelly was a pleasant person with whom to deal and was supportive and helpful during the process leading up to home purchase. She had the knowledge and contacts to make the process effective. She did not get unduly stressed even in a fairly complex transaction and worked hard on our behalf. We would certainly use her again if we needed such services, and we highly recommend Shelly Wilson to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelly is absolutely amazing! We told her what we wanted in a new home and she found it on the first attempt! Shelly also accomplished the impossible by selling our home in 9 days...smashing the neighborhood record of selling in 43 days. She was available day and night and always bent over backwards to make us feel like her only clients. Couldn't be happier that we chose her as our realtor!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED The first time I met Shelly was at a house that I had found on Zillow. She was very good about answering all my questions. She had input about the neighborhood the house and the area we would be living in. We were able to find the exact house we wanted and when we made an offer everything went so smooth. Everything went smooth because shelly is very good at responding to text messages and emails with all of the questions that we had. She's very sweet and very caring and she does not push you into something just because she wants to make a sale. When we saw houses we didn't like she said well we'll keep on looking and that's what we did. I would highly recommend Shelly!
