They gave me their professional suggestions and never do decisions for me. They stayed on the top of everything, communicating with the other agent efficiently, coordinating with my lender properly, treating my tenant (for my rental property) nicely, and dealing with a "tough" buyer agent in a proper way. Lots of stories. Shelly's group is the best real estate agent I met so far. Definitely I will ask their help again for the next time.

Therefore, we contacted Shelly Walters Reality Group and luckily, we met the wonderful person, Lindsey North who is very kind and warm-hearted person. our family tried to find a home at Fishers area, IN. But we lived in dayton, OH and therefore, the days our family which are available are Saturday or Sunday. Our family asked to Lindsey whether the weekends are okay for seeing some potential home. She willingly arranged all houses we wanted to see. Sometimes, even one day before visiting the area, we asked to add new home list to see and she did her best and we were able to see that. Furthermore, as the first home buyer, even though we don't have any idea how to estimate the price of the home, she was a huge help to see the proper price for the home we want to offer. Lindsey and I looked at so many houses, I cannot begin to calculate the number. The majority of the homes had a lot we liked and a lot we didn't' like, but it didn't matter to Lindsey, she was out to help us find our forever home. We found what we thought was our forever home but as it turned out the sellers were not such nice people. They tried to back out on the sell well into the purchase process, but Lindsey stood behinds us and took charge, she was not going to allow the seller or their agent to take advantage of us, I hate to imagine what we would have done without her. It was disappointing but in no way a reflection of Lindsey, actually quite the opposite. We were incredibly impressed with the way she handled herself and the situation. Do not let this young lady's age fool you, she is exceptional at what she does.After the sell fell through of the other home, we were back out the next day looking and within a few weeks we found our forever home. This home had positive energy and good spirits. It's been eight months since we purchased our home and we are so incredibly happy. Heck, at closing Lindsey's lovely fiance (who is also an agent at Shelly Walters Group) gave my husband pointers about where to build a barn that we needed, and it's in the perfect spot and looks great!
