We knew very little about the Madison area and both Trey and Shelly were extremely helpful with their local knowledge of the market and the various communities within the Greater Madison area. Trey was very patient with us as we navigated the challenging real estate market and we found the perfect home. Trey is a phenomenal realtor and gave us great advice! It was the offer and the post purchase acceptance process where he really stood out. He assisted us in crafting an offer that was in our favor but would be attractive to the seller and be accepted (and it was!). He recommended a great lender we used. Additionally when there were the inevitable questions and issues arose after acceptance and before closing, Trey was there to take on those issues as his own and work for us. I would highly recommend Trey and the entire Sprinkman team if you are looking for a home in the Madison area!

ZillowVERIFIED I was so pleased to have Shelly for our realtor. When the house sold quickly we thought we were home free. Without going into too much detail, we werent as lucky with the rest of the transaction. It started with an inspection by someone who didnt know what he was doing. which in turn caused lots of drama with the buyer right up to closing day. Shelly handled everything with grace and integrity often shielding us, I think, from some of the craziness. She is a true pro and we are grateful for all she did.

ZillowVERIFIED We really enjoyed working with Trey in finding our home in Madison. We were moving from out of state at a time of the year with little inventory in the housing market. Trey was fantastic at finding appropriate homes to look at (many of which were not yet on the market) so we were able to come into Madison for a single weekend and see over a dozen possible homes.Throughout the process, Trey was informative and realistic about the potential that different properties had, as well as getting a good sense from us about what we were looking for so not wasting time on properties which we thought looked good on-line, but the reality didn't match. We didn't feel he was trying to push us to quickly buy something that wasn't the right fit and showed a great understanding of the local market (which was useful for people moving from out of state).In addition, Trey was really helpful (before we even closed) in putting us in touch with local contractors who could help us work out the feasibility and costing of changes we wanted to make to potential homes.We strongly recommend working with Trey and the Sprinkman Team
