ZillowVERIFIED Shelly is hands down the best realtor in town. She found us a great mortgage lender which was very easy to work with they were able to get us the best rates possible in todays market. Shelly has a person for everything. Home insurance in California is rough these days but dont fear she has a recommendation for that as well which also gave us the best option possible. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole home buying process, which is the most stressful thing to date to go through. She was very clear and concise in explaining everything to us. She was patient and very responsive. I'm so glad we found Shelly to help us find and buy our first home. She found us the best homes in our price range with most of our wish list boxes checked and got us in as one of the first few to see new homes on the market giving us the best opportunity to get an offer in and accepted. Once the offer was accepted she made sure we got all of our concerns addressed and taken care of in a way to benefit us. The process was seamless with Shelly handling everything for us promptly and efficiently. Shelly Self is the only realtor to use!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelly had helped me buy the house that I just sold, about 8 yrs ago. I stayed in touch with her and started planning to sell my house about a year and half ago- She was always professional, listening to what I was looking for, and helped me along the way to find trade people who could fix this or that inexpensively. She stayed with me throughout the process and did not give up on me or the sale of the house. My house sold within 6 weeks and within the range of my expected sale price. I would highly recommend Shelly for all your realty needs! Thank you so much, Shelly! Rosaria

ZillowVERIFIED Shelly was an absolute blessing in our home search. She was patient while we explored and discovered what was important to us. She helped us to understand the process and was always willing to answer even the most mundane of questions. As first time home buyers, there were a lot of things we did not know, but Shelly guided us through the process with ease. I could not recommend a better agent, her patience, knowledge and communication skills are top notch. Choosing Shelly as your agent is a home run decision.
