ZillowVERIFIED I was not the easiest client my list was all over the place: Looking at homes $120,000-200,000 from Blount, Knox, and Loudon County, wanted a back porch, move in ready, on a dead end road, country feel but closer to the city, a fenced in yard for my 2 dogs and most importantly closer to WORK. Shelly Jones pulled out what I thought would be impossible. Meanwhile, Shelly was kind, patience, friendly, helpful and even worked odd hours with my work schedule for me to reach my dream. Without Shelly I still would be renting and driving 45 minutes to work. Thank you Shelly Jones without your kindness and talent My 1st ever HOME would be just a dream, thought, wish and prayer away. Last night family and friends got to sit on the back porch after dinner listening to rain on a metal roof. This morning I get to drink coffee and sit on the back porch and listen and watch mother nature during this wonderful season of changes. I truly appreciate everything, A new home owner!

Shelly always kept me up-to-date throughout the process with timely updates, and she was always quick to respond to my questions, no matter the time of day. Shelly knows the market and knows what needs to be done to get your house sold. What really impressed me most about Shelly was that on the day of closing, she offered to pick my mom up and take her to closing due to my mom?s inability to drive and my residing out of town. While in the process of picking her up, my mom had a medical emergency, and Shelly assisted in getting an ambulance to get my mom to the hospital. In the end, my mom was OK, and we closed on the house. Shelly went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor, and I would unequivocally recommend her!

She showed us all the house that covered our criteria and added homes that we never would have thought to look at. Beyond the showing houses she took us around and pointed out libraries, hospitals, grocery stores, different restaurants. We were from out of state and knew nothing of the area. Shelly is friendly, kind of person you would want as a friend! We call her up from out of state asking her to go see a house we saw on Zillow and she go out and we would do FaceTime with her as she walked through the house! In fact we stayed friends since we bought our perfect house with her help! I would recommend her in heart beat if you need a realtor.
