She helped us navigate merging our LLCs, spoke on our behalf to our bank and two different title companies in two different counties. Our sales would never have gone through without Shelly being so actively involved. Shelly was realistic with us about the values of our properties while advocating for us to get the most of out them. She also communicated with the buyers, saving us a lot of stress along the way. The best part was how quickly she sold our properties. We are recovering from my mom passing and Shelly has been there every step of the way. Even before my mom got sick with cancer Shelly would just help out my mom. She didn't know her at all. She just heard from some people that mom needed a little help. My older brother drives a truck and is gone all the time, I live out of town, also my mom is fiercely independent so didn't ask for help from us or anybody. Shelly saw a need and just stepped in.
