Shelly helped us buy our first home...and we were buying long distance. She made the entire process so easy and seamless. Since a lot of our correspondence wasn't in person, we appreciated her prompt response to email, phone and even FaceTime calls to do showings from a far. We were so pleased with the whole experience...she knew so much about the local area and made sure to find us exactly what we were looking for, where we wanted it (which wasn't easy given our small budget and laundry list of 'must haves'). She has a level of confidence and honesty that made the negotiation and whole process so smooth. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Northern Michigan!
