    JS Home Sales were very informative and responsive to our requests. We had a pretty picky list and a small-ish budget to work with, but they didn't give up. They showed us tons of listings and were very flexible to show us homes according to our schedule.

    When I first approached this team, I was looking for a home for my elderly parents. They had lived in the home I grew up in for 48 years. We all wanted them to move closer to me in a different city. My father has Alzhiemers so this was extremely difficult for our family. Shelly & JB were so helpful thru the entire process. It was difficult to find something that fit thier needs, and after several failed attempts with deals falling thru, we found the perfect home 4 blocks from me! After 1 year in thier new home JB and Shelly have helped with a warranty problem and continue to call to check on how things are. They are a wonderful team and if I/my family were to need a realtor in the future I would not hesitate to call them.

    JS Home Sales are great people JB and Shellie easy to work with. My wife sold her old home with them. They got us our asking price and did a great job advertising it it was a vary hard sell to being a 2 bed 900 sqft home. We then purchased a new home with them and they worked hard and found us the right home. There knowledge of reality ppl skills got us our new home. It was not with out a fight tho they spent many hours negotiating and working on the deal. The original contract was to be cancelled and voided but with there hard work and dedication they were able to find us common ground and made the deal happen I couldn't ask for better ppl to have on my side in this rough market and I have sent several happy ppl there way. I'd recommend them to anyone that's looking for a good reliable realtor.

    JS homes were great to work with. Answered any questions we had. Willing to show us the homes we wanted to see. Wanted to find us a home that would make us happy. Would recommend JB and Shelly to anyone.

    They was amazing! Showed up early to every house we looked at. Was patient with us at every house we looked at. We were first time home buyers and they walked us through a lot of things. They took the time to explain anything and everything if we ask questions. They will do everything they can to find you the right home. Tell them what your looking for and before you know it you will be owning your own home.
