Shellie is a full time, full service agent that has been in real estate since 1999. She has lived in the surrounding St. Louis/St. Charles county area for all of her life with the exception of 4 years spent in Springfield, MO at Missouri State where she received her degree in Finance, graduating in 1990. She is very knowledgeable in residential sales, new construction, short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. Shellie has always put others before herself and that is no different when it comes to her clients. She is a huge believer in 'The Golden Rule' and has a strong desire to educate her buyers on what is and what isn't a good purchase decision, as well as educate her sellers on the current market and suggest what little things they could do to get the most money out of their sale. Her buyers and sellers are never left wondering or wishing they had more information in which to proceed or make decisions! Shellie's outside interests include spending time with her adult daughters, golfing with her husband when time allows, and spending Sunday mornings at church with her family.

At the end of the year, Shellie gives 10% of her income to Wounded Warriors. At a very young age she knew how lucky she was to be an American and wants to help those that have sacrificed so much. This year, if her client has a charity that is dear to their hearts and would prefer their portion of the 10% go to that charity, she will arrange for that. She will ask every client at the end of the year their preference. So when they buy or sell a home, they can know they are also helping their own special charity!
