Shelli Anderson

Shelli is a lifelong Hoosier who has been a real estate attorney since 2005 and obtained her real estate broker's licensed in 2018. As both a licensed REALTOR and attorney, Shelli uses her honed negotiation skills, real estate knowledge and contractual expertise to help individuals, families and business owners buy, sell or lease residential and commercial real estate. She's also bi-lingual, so loves helping English- or Spanish-speaking clients in Central Indiana. As a long time Center Grove resident, Shelli joined forces in 2023 with the amazing team at Duke Collective to better serve the residents of Johnson County. The partnership with her clients is rooted in mutual respect, shared objectives and open communication, so she prioritizes clients' wants and needs, while leveraging her knowledge of the local real estate market and experience to help them make well-informed decisions. She considers it her responsibility and absolute pleasure, to offer clients the most valuable service, information and guidance she possibly can. Shelli and her husband, Mark, reside in Bargersville and they have three children, Gavin, Samuel and Sydney and one slightly spoiled dog, Archie. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, traveling, wine tasting, baking, reading and volunteering in the community.
