ZillowVERIFIEDAndra helped us sell our home and buy a new one (though not in that order!) We've worked with several excellent realtors in the past, but what makes Andra different is that she took a superb leadership role in handling unexpected issues that came up during the home inspection process, both on the sale and the buy side. Where other realtors would give us a list of service providers, she took the bull by the horns and called them, scheduled them, and when needed even opened the houses for them to allow them to complete their work. She made a naturally stressful process much less stressful that it would have been without her excellent service!

ZillowVERIFIED Andra was terrific to work with on the selling side. She knows the Lake Forest market very well and came prepared with a market analysis for us at our first meeting. We had multiple offers within a few days of listing and closed in under a month. We moved out of state during this time and Andra was wonderful about handling the miscellaneous tasks associated with the sale for us. We highly recommend considering her if you are looking or selling in the Lake Forest area.

ZillowVERIFIED Andra came highly recommended to my wife and me and she lived up to that recommendation. She was incredibly professional but also very down to earth and easy to work with. Most of all, she understands that buying / selling a home can be an emotional decision with unique variables in every case. ZillowVERIFIED Andra helped us find the house we were looking for in Libertyville. She was very knowledgeable with this area and everything went very smoothly. We looked at around 4-5 houses in total but kept returning to our current house. Andra understood our situation and when we wanted to close on this property and we sold our house and moved into our current house on the same day! I would highly recommend Andra, she is punctual, knowledgeable about the North Shore and Lake County, was very easy going and a pleasure to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Andra was a delight to work with. Her local expertise and knowledge of the market is exceptional and made us very comfortable when we set the offer price relative to comps plus inventory on the market. She impressed us with her networking skills among brokers with buyers interested in our zip code, which was an advantage plus relief to know we had a pool of buyers ready to see our house. Her attention to us made us feel as we were her only client, but we knew Andra had other customers to manage. We'd recommend her to any seller or buyer because we know they will get a level of professionalism, compassion and expertise unique in her industry.

ZillowVERIFIED Andra was very professional, responsive and did everything she could to facilitate the sale and closing of our condo. ZillowVERIFIED Andra represented us on our purchase. Andra was extremely responsive, returning our phone call the same day. Andras shared sense of urgency was refreshing in light of of other experiences with realtors who were reluctant to commit time until our current home was into contract based on the fact we were purchasing contingent on the sale of our home. Andra facilitated our visiting the home numerous times post contract to insure all of our due diligence could be completed prior to close. I would recommend Andra to anyone and look forward to maintaining our relationship with Andra!
